SkyLens (Skylense Furniture Store) sells furniture, lighting and home décor online and from our store at Office No 10, Hafeez Heights, Near Liberty Market, Gulberg III, Lahore. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean SkyLens and our website skylens.space.

• Delivery details — your shipping address and city.
• Order details — the products you buy, order amounts and order history.
• Payment confirmation — a transaction ID or reference from our payment partner. We never see or store your wallet MPIN or OTP.
• Messages — anything you send us by email, WhatsApp or our contact form.
• Website usage — device type, browser, pages visited and IP address, collected through cookies.

• To process, pack and deliver your orders.
• To send order confirmations, delivery updates and receipts.

04Online payments

You can pay with JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Your payment details are entered on and handled by our payment partner using encrypted, industry-standard security. SkyLens only receives a confirmation that your payment was successful, along with a transaction reference.

Please never share your wallet MPIN or one-time password (OTP) with anyone — including people claiming to be from SkyLens. We will never ask for them.

05Sharing your information

We never sell or rent your personal information. We only share it when it's needed to serve you:

• Payment partner — SkyMind Solutions, to process your payment securely.
• Courier companies — your name, phone number and address, so your order can be delivered.
• Service providers — website hosting, email and messaging services that help us run our store, under confidentiality.
• Legal requirements — when required by law or a lawful request from authorities in Pakistan.

06Cookies

Cookies are small files saved on your device. We use them to keep items in your cart, remember your preferences, keep the website secure and understand how visitors use our site.
